Where to park at NHID


NHID offers two parking decks in addition to a few curbside drop-off and pick-up locations.


The main parking deck is located at 521 Church at North Hills Street, Raleigh, NC 27609. A second parking deck at 600 St. Albans Drive is available to St. Albans Lofts residents (and their guests), with some additional retail parking spaces.

Parking can be limited at NHID during peak hours, and we highly encourage using Rideshare apps!

  • 540 ST. ALBANS DR. (Closest to Dose Yoga + Cafe, Good Graces, and Makers Alley)

  • 521 HARDIMONT RD. (Closest to Standard and Benchwarmers)

  • 521 CHURCH AT NORTH HILLS ST. (Office Visitors, Hometurf, Hush Salon)

 

Parking FAQs

  • Yes, we offer 2 hours of complimentary parking with vehicle registration. To receive 2 free hours of parking, you must register your vehicle by scanning the QR code on signs in parking decks or at street level and entering your license plate information. Failure to register will result in a parking citation.

    Paid Parking After 2 Hours: If you plan to stay longer than 2 hours, you can extend your time through the QR link or by using the Honk Mobile app. Payment can be made via credit/debit card, Paypal, or Apple Pay.

  • Without registering, you will not receive the 2 free hours and will be issued a parking citation.

  • Yes, parking restrictions are enforced. Please refer to the parking signage on site for specific details. See parking maps for information on a specific area in advance.  

    The parking system helps keep prime spots available for visitors by directing office tenants, residents, and retail employees to their designated parking zones.

  • How long can I park in a short-term spot? You can park for up to 24 hours. Charges apply after the initial 2 free hours (excluding 10-minute spaces).

  • Yes, you have a 15-minute grace period to vacate the space after your parking time ends.

  • In areas that require vehicle registration, you need to scan the QR code to register your car for your complimentary two free hours. If you do not have a smartphone, you can simply call 919.375.6999 or email nhsupport@mypowerparking.com, and someone will assist you. The shops and restaurants can also assist you at their front desks.

  • St. Albans Drive, Hardimont Road, and Church at North Hills Street are public City of Raleigh streets and do not have dedicated parking spaces. If you park illegally on a City of Raleigh street, you may receive a parking ticket, face a $20 to $200 fine, or have your vehicle booted and towed. More information can be found here.

  • Over three unresolved citations could result in a tire boot or barnacle. Contact Integrity Towing if you have received a boot or barnacle.

  • The enforcement of restricted parking areas is provided by a third-party vendor. North Hills does not establish nor collect fees. If your car was booted or towed, please contact Integrity Towing at 919.790.9393. If you received a parking citation, please contact Power Parking at nhsupport@mypowerparking.com.

  • Our decks are regularly patrolled and well-lit, and we have 24/7 security presence throughout the property.

  • Yes, there are specialty links provided for complimentary parking visits as long as the parking allocation is not exceeded and the resident visitor policy is followed. Office visitors, please refer to these directions.

  • There are four spaces available within the parking deck at 521 Church at North Hills Street. Vendors need to register with the property they are servicing to validate parking.
